Our board

The board is responsible for making strategic decisions for the trust, monitoring performance against local and nationally set objectives, ensuring high standards of performance and promoting links between the service and the local community.

The board of directors is led by the chairman and comprises both executive and non-executive directors. Executive directors take care of the day to day running of the trust, while the non-executive directors bring external expertise, providing advice and guidance to the executive directors.
